Background
Dr. Bakhshi Jooybari is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Babol Noshirvani University of Technology (BNUT). Professor Bakhshi received his Ph.D. degree in Manufacturing Engineering from University of Birmingham in the UK before joining BNUT. He is the director of Advanced Material Forming Research Center (AMFRC) and has performed extensive research on innovative manufacturing processes and systems, particularly in the area of deformation-based processes. His work has made fundamental contributions to the understanding of deformation mechanism in metal forming and the effects of material microstructure on forming behavior of metals. He has over 170 publications in peer-reviewed journals, conferences and book chapters and has also received several awards from universities and organizations worldwide.
